The transport of your parcel

From your command the article is made by the craftsmen of Trujillo _⁽¹⁾ in Peru and the parcel is generally sent in 15 days at most after reception of your payment. 

The standard method of dispatch is made by SERPOST in Peru, put back without signature. If you wish a delivery  with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us.

The freight costs include the packaging, the handling and the mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or to the weight of your command.

We recommend you to group to include your purchases in a only command. Given that the parcel is sent since Peru expenses for Europe or United States amount to approximately 65 CHF for 2 kilos. To raise that a pair of SANTIAG (COWBOY BOOT) weighs approximately 2 kg.

We cannot group two different commands and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them.

Your parcel is sent at your own risks.

Packagings for your parcel are supplies by SERPOST.

We make you attentive that taxes and customs charges of your country are at your expense.

The return of your parcel

We accept no return of the set apart goods the following points:

• If your command does not correspond to the passed on address and phone number. For example the false measurements for the customized.

• If the contents of your parcel were damaged during the transport.

To raise  that you owe return the goods to your expenses and we return her(it) to you to have accepted your complaint at our expense.

We deeply recommend you to write us an Email before making a return of the goods.
